What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns if the order meets the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are not opened, not used and are still within its original packaging.
  • The item(s) are returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Please print and fill out this return form and include it in your return so that we can expedite processing your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s)

What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Orders with the incorrect/undeliverable address

When will my order get shipped?

Our processing time is between 1-3 business days.

When will I get my order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please refer to the table below depending on your region of residence.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada. For other countries, we highly recommend using a proxy shipping service that will ship to your country.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup at this time.

Oh no, I entered the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Email us immediately at support@yoruco.com.  If your order hasn't already been shipped out by the time you have contacted us, then we can correct the shipping address so that your order can make it safely to your intended shipping address.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to intercept the package from the courier.  You will have to reach out to USPS to request a change of address and you will be responsible for any courier fees that may incur.

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

Yes! Email us at support@yoruco.com and if your orders haven't already been shipped, we can combine your orders into a single package and refund you the difference in shipping fees.
